To make a Towel Monkey, start by gathering a bath towel, four thin wooden dowels, and a pair of scissors. Begin by folding the towel in half, then cutting a line in it so that it’s divided into two equal parts.
Next, fold each half in half again and mark a spot 4” from the end for the arms and legs. Cut out the arm and leg shapes, then cut out each arm and leg individually. Cut two holes out of the head for the ears, and mark the center of the eyes and ears.
Insert two dowels for the arms and two for the legs. Finally, arrange the arms and legs in a bending position and voila, you’ve made a Towel Monkey!
