To make a balloon animal monkey, you’ll need a long, oxygen-size balloon in a light color and a pump or a straw. Start by making the basic body shape by bending slightly pinched sides of the balloon to make a bubble shape. Twist the neck and make a bubble for the head.
Tie off the neck. For the legs, make four bubbles and twist two arms with the remaining length of the balloon.
