?Doing monkey bars require strength, coordination, and balance. To do monkey bars, start by standing roughly one arm’s length away from the monkey bars.
Reach with one arm and grasp the bar while simultaneously swinging your other arm up. Move one hand to the next bar, while swinging your other arm up again.
Continue alternating hands until you reach the other end. If you need to rest, you can hold on to a bar with both hands. Do not let go with both hands at the same time.
Once you reach the other end, get ready to jump to the ground or a waiting support bar.
